Filemismatch or agentfilemismatch with manual -

Open JIRA or use the opened JIRA to tag the transfer team people and ask them to check the filemismatch. Only if the workflow is in this status for more than 2 days.

Invalidfiles with manual -

check the stats from the log. Upper stats are real stats and bottom one are passing stats

If the stats are <85%, clone the original wf

If the stats are > 85%, check the ACDCs and try to resolve the errors and if the request is small(less events), just clone it

If the stats are>90% go for bypassing the request
