# Unified assistance page keywords

Describes the different tags that exists on unified assistance page

#### assistance-agentfilemismatch-manual

We give the transfer team/dynamo a grace period of two days to check the filemismatch and request goes to assistance-filemismatch if not dealt automatically by the dynamo/phedex

#### assistance-announce-manual

To be treated as assistance-manual. Announce here means that some output datasets are announced because ppd/pdmv would have requested for the same.

#### assistance-announce-recovering

First ACDC running for the request in assistance-announce-manual

#### assistance-announced-manual-recovered
